Learn from Florentine Jewelry Designer and Metalsmith Davide Bigazzi
Davide Bigazzi, a jeweler and metalsmith from Florence, Italy, specializes in the traditional techniques of chasing and repoussé. He brings years of professional experience and a deep knowledge of Italian metalsmithing traditions to his intimate workshops in the United States.
Held at his Italian-style bottega just south of San Francisco, these three-day workshops are limited to five students, allowing for individual instruction and a pace suited to each participant’s experience and interests.
Over three days, you’ll explore the techniques of chasing and repoussé while creating your own jewelry or metalwork. Davide shares the methods and skills he has developed over decades of working with these techniques, guiding each student through their project from beginning to end.
