Deposit and Payment
A $800 per person deposit is required to reserve a space in the workshop. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the start of the workshop. If you register 90 days or less before the workshop, the entire payment is due.

Payments by credit card via Paypal are accepted with a 3% processing fee. A Paypal payment link will be emailed to you once your spot has been confirmed.
Please note we reserve the right to treat your reservation as canceled if your final payment is not made by the due date.
For cancellations 91 days or more prior to departure, fees paid are refunded less the $800 deposit. Cancellations made 90 days or less prior to the workshop will result in the loss of all monies received. As a courtesy. if we fill your spot, all fees paid less a $200 re-booking fee will be refunded.
Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving a program early or arriving late. Thank you for understanding.
Davide Bigazzi Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop prior to its start, in which case all monies received will be refunded. In the unlikely event of cancellation, Davide Bigazzi Studio is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Davide Bigazzi Studio photographs class activities for use in brochure/publicity. Please notify us if we are not free to use photographs of you.
