Deposit: A $900 deposit is due upon registration to hold a spot in the workshop. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the start of the workshop.

Transportation: On the first day of the workshop our driver will pick up participants in Piazza Beccaria in Florence at 9 am. On the last day of the workshop, our driver will drop off participants at Piazza Beccaria in Florence at approximately 5:00 p.m. We recommend arriving in Florence at least a day or two before the workshop to get acclimated. Please schedule your travel plans accordingly.

Any further pick-up/drop-off details and hotel recommendations will be emailed to you once your spot is confirmed.

Materials: Materials are not included. We recommend hand-carrying your materials on the plane and checking any tools you may bring. It is not necessary to bring any tools.

Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
