If you prefer to pay by credit card, we accept payments via Square. Once your registration is confirmed, we will email you a secure payment link.

Please note that your spot is not reserved until payment is received. If payment is not received within the payment window, your registration may be cancelled to make room for others.

Cancellation Policy — What to Know Before You Register

We’re so glad you’re considering joining one of our workshops! These events are small, hands-on, and thoughtfully prepared in advance.

Because of this, we have a firm cancellation policy to ensure fairness and to keep our workshops sustainable:

  • If you need to cancel 21 days or more before the workshop, you’ll receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel within 21 days of the workshop, your payment will be forfeited. We are not able to offer transfers or credits for future workshops.

  • Once the workshop has started, no refunds are available.

We understand that unexpected things come up. However, due to the nature of our small-group offerings, we’re unable to make exceptions — even in cases of illness, emergencies, or travel changes.

We recommend considering travel or event insurance to protect your investment if you're worried your plans might change.
